How to apply online Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojana

The procedure for registration of applicant and digitization of application by the applicant himself is as follows

  1. A link to the scheme has been made available on the website https://aaplesarkarmaharashtra.gov.in.
  2. After clicking on the link regarding Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojana, 2017, the portal http://www.csmssy.in will open on a new tab for application.
  3. On this portal, the exact procedure of registration of the applicant, Government decision and other details of the scheme will be available.
  4. If the applicant does not have Aadhar number / Aadhar number for each member of his / her family and family (applicant, spouse and children below 18 years of age), the applicant should click on “New Registration” to register for Aadhar number with or without Aadhar number.
  5. Clicking on “New Registration” will ask the applicant if he has an Aadhaar number. If you select “Yes”, you will see two options, “OTP” and “Biometric”.
  6. For authentication based on “OTP”, a one time password will be sent to the mobile number registered / linked to the Aadhaar number.   8. Once the registration is successful with one of the above methods, the applicant and his / her family members will be able to choose a personal user ID and appropriate password according to their availability.
  9. The applicant has to login to the portal http: //www.csmssy,in using his / her user id and password.
  10. If the applicant selects the ‘Debt Waiver Scheme’ link available in the application login, the loan waiver application form will appear on the computer.
  11. If the applicant has registered through Aadhaar number, then the basic information about the applicant in the loan waiver application e.g. Name, Aadhaar number, linking mobile number, date of birth, address etc. The information will be automatically available from the Aadhaar number bar.
  12. The applicant should then fill in the PAN card details, pension PPO details, loan details etc. in the application. The application also provides an option for each member of the family (applicant, spouse and children below 18 years of age) to fill in more than one loan information.
  13. The applicant should also fill in the information of his / her spouse and offspring under 18 years of age on the online portal based on the information filled in his / her printed application.
  14. When the applicant submits the application online, the acknowledgment of application will be seen through the computer system. The applicant may obtain a printed copy of this receipt for future use or save it on PDF.
  15. It is suggested that the applicant should memorize his username and password for future reference.

Alternative method of application registration and computerization at CSC center

  1. The applicant should visit the nearest government service center along with the completed application. A list of your nearest Government Service Centers can be obtained from the portal http://www.csmssy.in.

  3. After clicking on the link Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojana, 2017, the portal http://www.csmssy.in will open on a new tab for application.
  4. The applicant should click on “New Registration” to register his / her and every member of his / her family (applicant, spouse and children below 18 years of age) with or without Aadhar number.
  5. Clicking on “New Registration” will ask the applicant if he has an Aadhaar number. If you select ‘Yes’, you will see two options, “OTP” and “Biometric”

However, the applicant should note that as soon as he gets the Aadhaar number, he will need to update the Aadhaar number on the web portal to avail the benefits of the scheme.
  9. If the registration is successful in any of the above ways, the applicant and his family members will be able to choose a personal user ID and appropriate password according to their availability.
  10. The service center operator should login to http: //www.csmssy.in from the applicant’s user ID and password.
  11. After logging in, the operator of the service center should select the loan waiver scheme link in the application login so that it can be seen on the computer to fill in the loan waiver application information.
  12. If the applicant has registered through Aadhaar number, then the basic information about the applicant in the loan waiver application e.g. Name, Aadhaar number, linking mobile number, date of birth, address etc. The information will be automatically available from the Aadhaar number bar.
  13. The operator of the service center should then fill in the details of PAN card, details of pension PPO, loan details etc. in the application. The application also provides an option for each member of the family (applicant, spouse and children below 18 years of age) to fill in more than one loan information.
  14. The service center operator should use the information in the printed application form of the applicant while filling in the information in all the application columns available on the portal.

  16. After the online application is submitted by the operator of the service center, the acknowledgment of application will be displayed on the computer through the computer system.
