Don’t let these Mistakes Happen
If the money of PM Kisan scheme does not reach the account, then it may be due to some lapses, which were not done intentionally but are coming in the way of getting the benefit. One reason for the money not reaching the beneficiary of PM Kisan Yojana can be that wrong information of the Aadhaar number has been fed or they have not given the information about Aadhaar. Some other reasons include wrong name or address on Aadhaar card, name difference between Aadhaar and bank, wrong bank account details or failure of Aadhaar authentication etc. Apart from this, a mistake in the name of the village can also be a reason. So to get the installment check all the details immediately and if there is any mistake then get it rectified.
There have been Some Changes in the Scheme over time.
When the PM Kisan Yojana was launched on 24 February 2019, its benefit was limited to small and marginal farmers holding up to 2 hectares only. The scheme was later amended on 1 June 2019 and extended to all farmer households, irrespective of the size of their holdings. That is, now a farmer with how many hectares of land can apply to get benefits under the scheme. The benefit under the scheme is Rs 6000 per family per annum, which is available in three installments of Rs 2000 each.
Under the PM Kisan Yojana, financial assistance is now available to those farmer families who have a farm in their name. That is, now those who share in the ancestral land will not be able to get the benefit of PM Kisan scheme as before, although it will not affect the old beneficiaries associated with the scheme.
If there are names of several farmer families on single holding land, then under the guidelines of the scheme, each such eligible farmer family will get a separate benefit of up to Rs 6000. Whether the agricultural land is in the village or in the city, you will get the benefit. One more thing to note that now Aadhaar number has been made mandatory to take advantage of PM Kisan Yojana.
